Google Tribute to Mahatma Gandhi
Being as an Indian i am very much thankful to Google for his Tribute to Mahatma Gandhi. Google the global internet giant paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi on his 140th birth anniversary by changing the logo on its famously sparse home page to resemble the “bapu”.
To add to the creativity it allowed users by clicking on the logo to be directed to websites about Gandhi, who was born Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi on October 2, 1869 and was assassinated on January 30, 1948.
A true honour bestowed on a global political icon on his birthday. This is definitely Google at its best in Public Diplomacy.

How Many of us Measure the ROI of Social Media Campaigns
Hi Friends
I find an interesting statistics which shows you how much of professionals really measures the ROI of Social Media.Despite of huge popularity and adoption of social media, measurement still lags. Only 16% of those polled said they currently measured ROI for their social media programs. More than four in 10 respondents did not even know whether the social tools they were using had ROI measurement capabilities.
