  1. Interesting list, but you didn't explain all that tech jargon, you're assuming the lay person knows a whole lot more than they do.

    You gotta explain it like they were a 10 year old or they wont get it.

    I sell SEO and I find people are amazed first then actually distraught to discover that the search results returned by Google are even open to manipulation.
    For some reason people seem to want to believe that Google put that site there in it's index because Google determined it was the best one to be #1
