FaceBook Shop In India

(Reuters) - Popular social-networking site Facebook will open an office in India, joining a long list of international firms that have looked to tap a skilled workforce that provides support services at relatively cheap wages.

The Indian social networking space which was ruled by Google owned Orkut till recently has now been replaced by Facebook. According to Alexa, Facebook is the fourth most visited site in India after Google.co.in, Google.com and Yahoo.com
As on FaceBook Blog :
As more and more people share and connect on Facebook, we are growing our operations and teams to support them around the world. Just last week, we announced plans to invest in a new Austin, Texas, office, and today in India we unveiled our intentions to open an office in Hyderabad.
Both of these offices will allow us to better serve the more than 400 million of you now using Facebook worldwide, as well as our growing number of advertisers and developers. We are now hiring people to join the online sales and operations teams that we’re forming in these new locations.
By having multiple support centers in a variety of time zones, we can provide better round-the-clock, multi-lingual support.
India is a large social media market and though Facebook has a a real firm position in country, there are even more possibilities that remain unexplored. The challenges and competition is on a rise with newer sites coming up. India has been a development base for most of the top tech players for a long time now. The availability of talent at affordable rates has lured many to have multiple offices at various parts of the country.

Google Music for BING search

If you search BING on Google you will still find “bing” as a top sponsored result. Bing put ads on Google and in AdSense during its launch to get people to come check it out But now the ball is in the other court and Google is buying search ads on Bing for its fledgling Google Music Search.

Google launched its music search about a month ago and most people probably don’t even know it exists unless they search for a song or artist. If you related to music or song or singer on some parts of Bing and you get a paid ad for Google Music search.

As we all knows that search ads are very effective, especially Google. And if people are searching on Bing for Muse or songs, buying a search add is one way to let them know they can also find results on Google. Bing, of course, is happy to take Google’s money (and vice versa). But seeing an add for one search engine on a competing search engine seems like an act of desperation. It is almost a better ad for Bing because Google is acknowledging that buying ads on Bing is a good idea.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)-Darling Of Interactive World

Social Media Marketing is on the boom and business are looking hard on same but all SMM companies admit that SEO is still the darling of Interactive world. SEO is highly measurable as compare to SMO (Social Media Optimization)and SEO impact the bottom line of many businesses.

What makes the SEO business model so strong and the more important is why other businesses find so potential and reliability of SEO model. Let’s try to find - Why SEO ?

·Visibility - I believe most of the business know the power of Google and if you are not listed there than you are almost invisible. If you don’t want to be an Invisible than SEO is the right action.

·Measurable - SEO efforts are measurable and give you the ROI in compare to SMO (Social Media Optimization).

·Rank Higher - SEO firms need not to pitch lot for their sales as they have the two most important word to visualize there SEO service and that is "Rank Higher", non of the SEO company can commit for rank one but at least describing Rank Higher is relatively straightforward.

·SEO the easy job - If you see SEO is an easy job than you have no idea about SEO. It’s better to go back to Google and try to find yourself.SEO takes time as well as attention and put you on toes to keep yourself up to date on changes and continual monitoring.

·Cock Pit Drive - Technically, you don't even need an office space - just a computer, an Internet connection and enough knowledge to succeed.

·Spend Money to Save Money - If you rank highly for the right searches, you can avoid paying the hefty advertising fees to Google. So better to spend small money on SEO rather than paying for big advertisement.

·SEO "The Drug Addict" - SEO is an continuous process, if you buy once (SEO Service) knows that it's like a drug -once you're on it and it's working, you can't go off it. If you do, you'll lose much of the benefit you received while using it.

·Result are highly visible - SEO's success is that anyone can very quickly see the results. You either rank highly, or you don't.

I know the power of SEO and think that it’s a necessity for most businesses. I am in this model from long time and give visible results to my customer and keep counting. Aside from the benefits of doing SEO, it turns out you may be able to learn something from their business model as well.

International Domain Names for 2010

The good news is on the door of 2010.The face of internet is going to change as the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), which governs domains, registrations, Internet Protocol addresses, and many other aspects of the net, voted to approve a fast-track process for implementing non-Latin domain names by early to mid 2010. Which means that you could be seeing domains in Chinese,Arabic, Hindi, and dozens of other non-Latin languages.

Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs) are domain names represented by local language characters. Such domain names could contain letters or characters from non-ASCII scripts (for example, Arabic or Chinese). Many efforts are ongoing in the Internet community to make domain names available in character sets other than ASCII.
