U2 Live On YouTube - Never Before !

U2 is going to make a live broadcast of a whole concert on YouTube. Such information appeared on the band’s official website. The tickets for the show in California have been already sold out. The concert is expected to be attended by 96,000 people. As U2 mentioned in its statement this was going to the first time for such a large concert to be streamed live.

The band’s manager Paul McGuinness said it was something that had been so long waited for.He believes that covering Sunday’s show at the Rose Bowl in California presents a great chance to bring the party out of the stadium borders. The concert is to be streamed live all over the world .

The band whom belong such great shots like “Beautiful Day” and “Sunday Bloody Sunday” started on the U2 360 Tour in Barcelona this June and attracted a huge number of people by a circular platform that can be observed from all sides of arena.

The relationship between YouTube and the record industry is rather tough. The reason for this is that the companies demand higher payments for the right to feature their stars.

Nevertheless, they can not underestimate the significance of presenting their artists on sites that influence the formation of young fans’ preferences.
